A soft white rind cheese matured for 10 days. The Nag has a light mushroomy taste that intensifies as it matures. Its centre is light and fluffy . As it ripens the centre becomes runny and the goaty flavours increase.
This cheese is a great addition to a cheese board, or on top of salads. We love drizzing with honey and eating with oat crackers.
