Elysian Foods

Elysian Foods were established in 2000 by Basil and Martha Yiannoutsous. In 2017, Toby Green, a big fan of their Taramasalata, convinced his partner Sarah and their four teenage kids that it was entirely sensible for him to give up corporate life and purchase a small food manufacturing business instead.
Given that Elysian Foods is the only company in NZ that makes Taramasalata, it was quite a responsibility to take on.
