The Junction uses eWAY to provide this service. eWAY hosts and manages the page in which credit card information is entered. All transactions are stored and processed with encryption.

The credit card details you enter during checkout are not accessible or held by The Junction and/or it’s staff. However, they may be held by eWAY to provide faster payment processing if you elect to store your credit card details on their system.

When registering or making an order using our website, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, phone numbers and other details and these details may be kept securely on record. We may also collect your IP address and information regarding your internet browser software, type of computer or mobile device used to view the website and the operating system/platform of your device. We also use ‘cookies’ to collect information while you are browsing our website.

We use Mailerlite to collect e-newsletter subscriptions, to distribute promotional information, to monitor user interaction with e-newsletter content and measure the contents effectiveness. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link that is located at the bottom of all of our newsletters. 

If you place a product review, it will need to be approved by us before it is made public on our website. If your review is made public, we will display your first name, and the initial of your last name. 

We may, at our discretion, choose which reviews to show, and may choose not to show a review for reasons including but not limited to; you do not appear to be a legitimate user/purchaser of our products; you appear to be spam or are posting non-helpful or non-relevant information; and/or, your review is difficult to understand or has a large number of grammatical or spelling errors. 

We may, at our discretion, choose to edit reviews in the following ways; fixing spelling and grammar mistakes, removing personally identifying information, removing links to external websites, removing sections of your review that are not relevant to the specific product you reviewed, changing the formatting to make it easier to read and display better on the website. At no point will we change the rating, meaning, spirit or intention of your review.

Additionally, will need to give your delivery address to the courier or delivery companies that may be involved in the dispatch and delivery of your order.

The Junction values our customers’ privacy and we carefully choose trusted partners and suppliers to help us deliver a quality product and service while protecting users’ personal information.
